Groups

This is an ideal facility for birthday parties ages 6 and older, Boy or Girl Scout Troops, church groups, sports teams, and company outings. For planning and staffing purposes, we need at least a 2 weeks notice when scheduling a group. The deposit required is non-refundable, but it is transferable if you need to reschedule your event.

Group Reservations must be made with a minimum of 2 weeks advanced notice, by phone, with a deposit at the time of reservation; we cannot accept reservations by email.

Party Package: $450

Introduce your group to the sport of climbing in a fun, and supportive environment. Our staff handle the instruction and rope management(belaying) so you can focus on celebrating. Perfect for youth parties, beginner climbers, and families looking for an active, engaging experience.

  • 90 min of climbing

  • RockQuest belayers provided

  • Harness & Shoe Rental

  • Reserved room for light decorations/snacks/drinks and storing personal belongings

    • Room rental ends 30min after climbing time

  • Covers 10 climbers

  • For groups larger than 10, $525 will cover up to 15 climbers, and $600 will cover up to 20 climbers. 20 climbers max

A belayer is the person on the ground controlling the rope and is responsible for the safety of the climber. RockQuest will provide 2 certified belayers for this package.

Our Party Package is available Saturdays 11-1, 1:30-3:30, 4-6 and Sundays 1-3 & 3:30-5:30

Climber’s Package: $300

Bring your crew and hit the walls. This is a self-guided package that gives your group  access to our top-rope and bouldering areas for experienced groups who do not require staff instruction. Share what our community has to offer, project your routes, and enjoy your climbing session at a group rate. Belayers must have prior belaying experience and a recent check-in.

  • 2 hours of climbing

  • Harness Rental & Shoe Rental

  • Reserved room for lite decorations/snacks/drinks and storing personal belongings

  • Covers 10 climbers

  • For groups larger than 10, $350 will cover up to 15 climbers, and $380 will cover up to 20 climbers. 20 climbers max

  • Deposit of $100 required to reserve date

Our Standard Package is available Fridays 2-4 & 3-5, Saturdays 11-1, 1:30-3:30, 4-6, and Sundays 1-3 & 3:30-5:30

Team Building Package: $325

Build trust, improve communication, and solve problems together on the wall. This structured, coach-led workshop balances teamwork with physical challenge. Your group will learn foundational climbing movement mechanics and partner communication drills that translate directly to stronger real-world collaboration.

  • 1 hour of climbing

  • 1 hour of team building

  • Harness & shoe rental

  • Reserved room for lite decorations/snacks/drinks and storing personal belongings

  • Modified belay training

  • Light snacks

  • 6 people minimum, additional $40 per person

  • 16 climber max

  • Minimum Deposit of $100 required to reserve date

Your group will provide their own belayers for this package. Belayers are required to be certified through RockQuest prior to the day of your event. We recommend 1 belayer for every 5 climbers.

Overnight Package: $1,000

Experience the gym after hours. This overnight package allows your group to bond, learn, and climb from dusk until dawn. Lights-out camping right on the gym floors.

  • Private Use of RQ from 10pm-8am

  • Free Belay Training prior to event

  • 25 climber minimum

  • 26-35 climbers $1400

  • Deposit of $300 required to reserve date
