Groups

This is an ideal facility for birthday parties ages 6 and older, Boy or Girl Scout Troops, church groups, sports teams, and company outings. For planning and staffing purposes, we need at least a 2 weeks notice when scheduling a group. The deposit required is non-refundable, but it is transferable if you need to reschedule your event.

We do NOT train or re-certify belayers on the same day as the event, you must complete the training a minimum of 24 hours BEFORE your event.

Group Reservations must be made with a minimum of 2 weeks advanced notice, by phone, with a deposit at the time of reservation; we cannot accept reservations by email.

A belayer is the person on the ground controlling the rope and is responsible for the safety of the climber. RockQuest will provide 2 certified belayers for this package.

Our Deluxe Package is available Saturdays 2pm & 5pm

Standard Package: $170

Your group will provide their own belayers for this package. Belayers are required to be certified through RockQuest prior to the day of your event. We recommend 2 belayers for a group of up to 10 climbers.

Custom Package: $300

  • 2 hours of climbing

  • Free Belay Training prior to event

  • 15 climber minimum $17/ add. Climber

  • 20 is the recommended max amount of climbers

  • 30 is the ABSOLUTE MAX amount of climbers

  • Deposit of $100 required to reserve date

Your group will provide their own belayers for this package. Belayers are required to be certified through RockQuest prior to the day of your event. We recommend 1 belayer for every 5 climbers.

Our Custom Package for 15+ Climbers is offered Sundays 6pm-8pm

Overnight Package: $600

  • 9pm-9am

  • Private Use of RQ from 10pm-9am

  • Free Belay Training prior to event

  • 20 climber minimum

  • $30/add. climber

  • Deposit of $200 required to reserve date

We recommend 4 belayers for a group of up to 20 climbers.
