Groups

This is an ideal facility for birthday parties ages 6 and older, Boy or Girl Scout Troops, church groups, sports teams, and company outings. For planning and staffing purposes, we need at least a 2 weeks notice when scheduling a group. The deposit required is non-refundable, but it is transferable if you need to reschedule your event.

We do NOT train or re-certify belayers on the same day as the event, you must complete the training a minimum of 24 hours BEFORE your event.

Group Reservations must be made with a minimum of 2 weeks advanced notice, by phone, with a deposit at the time of reservation; we cannot accept reservations by email.

Deluxe Package: $300

  • 90 min of climbing

  • RockQuest belayers provided

  • Harness & Shoe Rental

  • Reserved room for lite decorations/snacks/drinks and storing personal belongings

    • Room rental ends 30min after climbing time

  • Covers 10 climbers

  • For groups larger than 10, $450 will cover up to 15 climbers, and $600 will cover up to 20 climbers. 20 climbers max

  • Minimum Deposit of $100 required to reserve date

A belayer is the person on the ground controlling the rope and is responsible for the safety of the climber. RockQuest will provide 2 certified belayers for this package.

Our Deluxe Package is available Saturdays and Sundays 1pm & 4pm

Standard Package: $250

  • 90 minutes of climbing

  • $25/add. climber

Your group will provide their own belayers for this package. Belayers are required to be certified through RockQuest prior to the day of your event. We recommend 2 belayers for a group of up to 10 climbers.

Our Standard Package is available Saturdays and Sundays 1pm & 4pm

Custom Package: $375

  • 2 hours of climbing

  • Harness & Shoe Rental

  • Reserved room for lite decorations/snacks/drinks and storing personal belongings

  • Free Belay Training prior to event

  • Staff belayers may be added for $50 per belayer

  • 15 climber minimum $25/ add. Climber

  • 20 climber max

  • Minimum Deposit of $100 required to reserve date
